What data: the information you enter in the contact form (name, email, service, length of the music, deadline, file link and message).
Purpose and legal basis: to answer your request and prepare a quote, based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Processor: form messages are delivered by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which may process the data outside the European Economic Area. No data is sold or used for advertising.
Retention: messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to composer@andres-soto.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
